Whether I'm sharing the successes of industry leaders, working to amplify the voices of underrepresented groups, or sharing my personal experiences and expertise, my objective is always clear: to help my audience walk a mile in someone else's shoes.

When telling a story, I believe in injecting empathy into everything I do, making the complex simple, and editing with a fine-toothed comb - all while keeping an intersectional lens on diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

What I’ve been up to

Since 2013, I've used my love of storytelling and a customer-first mindset to produce engaging content across several mediums and platforms.

By leveraging my resources and creative problem-solving skills, I've brought a myriad of creative briefs to life in the form of blog posts, whitepapers, syndicated articles, email campaigns, live activations, conference talks, webinars, and more.

In 2018, my adaptability, leadership skills, and "We Before Me" attitude have made me a key contributor within a Unicorn startup that raised nearly $50 million in series B funding. I was also integral in helping to lead my marketing team to $100K in revenue in the first three months of that startup’s newly implemented revenue model.

In my most recent role, I developed a Go-To-Market Campaign engine that enabled my team to produce and syndicate content on a much larger and faster scale. This has resulted in a 100% pipeline growth quarter over quarter (85% YoY), while sourcing/influencing millions in opportunities — all in my first six months.

What I’m working towards

As a Storyteller, my professional goals are to continue to hone my communication, design, and other creative skills while strategizing, managing, and producing engaging content. By continuing to explore different mediums, I hope that I can continue to tell important stories that have a positive (and lasting!) impact on my industry, community, or the world at large. 

As a Clarity Coach, I created I See You, Sis to show my community that, even if they felt like no one else did, I saw them, I heard them, and I valued them. Today, it’s my honour and mission to coach as many folks from underrepresented groups as I can and help them see their worth, build their confidence, and live their lives on their own terms.
